Ana Richey serves as the Human Resources and Benefits Director at Excet, Inc. Ms. Richey joined the company in September of 2015 and brings more than 15 years of progressive human resources management experience in the government contracting industry. Ms. Richey has managed the development, implementation and support of multiple HR initiatives in complex work environments, and has expanded her professional portfolio to include the management of a non-profit organization in the education industry.

Ms. Richey is known for her ability to advocate successfully for employee rights and believes that communication and customer service are paramount to a successful business. Her approach is to work side by side with employees in order to resolve benefit and employment issues to the employees’ satisfaction. Her areas of expertise include training, benefits, recruitment and retention, strategic management, and risk management. Additional experience includes managing all aspects of expansion and leases, corporate insurance, payroll, and office administration.

Ms. Richey holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Jacksonville University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2009.
